Trail Signs are a personal way of memorializing or honoring a loved one with Huntington's
Disease. Once again the TEAM HOPE Committee will be offering Trail Signs in memory of or in honor of your loved one,
for a $100.00 donation per sign. Due to the popularity of Trail Signs in past years, we must limit this year's Trail Signs
to 10 words or less. We would like to thank those that purchase 2010 Trail Signs in memory of their loved ones.
