Our 3rd Annual Team Hope-Walk for the Cure was the BIGGEST fund raiser in the history of the Illinois Chapter of HDSA, grossing $52,000 and with approximately 330 walkers including children and pets!  Plans are already underway for the 4th Annual Team Hope-Walk for the Cure.  The walk will be held, once again, in the beautiful Danada Forest Preserve, Wheaton, Illinois, on Sunday, May 18, 2008.  We will walk RAIN OR SHINE!! 

In the first 3 year’s of our Walk For A Cure, you have helped us raise $102,000 for HD Research, Family Services and Public Education.  Our goal next year is to raise over $75,000 and have over 400 walkers.  With your help, we can ALL make next year's WALK even bigger and more successful than the walk this year.  Remember that this is YOUR walk...walk for yourself, for those you love, and for all the families fighting daily to beat this horrific disease!  WALK TO CARE---CARE TO CURE!!!
